We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to addressing complex social issues through a combination of direct services, education, research, policy design, and advocacy. For nearly five decades, we have supported people experiencing vulnerability and exclusion — while also evolving into a driver of social innovation, tackling challenges such as poverty, inequality, demographic change, social isolation, and the ethical use of new technologies.
Through our network of KMOP entities in different countries, we connect local expertise with transnational collaboration, transforming practical experience into knowledge that shapes policies, empowers communities, and strengthens the systems that impact everyday life.

At KMOP, we believe lasting social transformation requires more than isolated interventions. Our approach operates through four interconnected pillars that ensure every action serves both immediate needs and long-term systemic change. We start with Direct Action – delivering social support services while building deep understanding of what works. This experience feeds into Research & Evidence, where we analyze patterns and measure impact.
