FOCUS AREA
Health and Well-being
We support mental health and well-being for everyone, especially those facing stress, stigma, or exclusion. Our work helps people manage everyday challenges and feel supported in schools, workplaces, and communities. We aim to create safe and caring environments that value mental health, respect differences, and include people with disabilities and neurodiversity. Well-being should be a shared responsibility across all parts of society.
Good mental health needs more than personal strength—it needs the right support from society. We work on policies, tools, and activities that make care part of everyday services and spaces. We focus on groups like young people, teachers, and workers who face daily pressures. By combining research, creativity, and community ideas, we help build more caring, inclusive, and emotionally healthy communities.
OUR WORK FOCUSES ON THREE KEY AREAS
Stress, Anxiety, and Burnout
Helping schools and workplaces reduce stress, manage anxiety, and improve mental health through awareness, early support, and practical tools.
Creative and Nature-Based Therapies
Using arts, nature-based activities, and community support to promote healing, resilience, and emotional well-being in informal environments.
Tackling Stigma and Exclusion
Challenging mental health stigma while supporting youth, addiction recovery, neurodivergent students, and emotional learning in school settings.
