Good Practice Guide and Recommendations for VET providers
The aim is to identify the specific challenges and learning mismatches of social care and art professionals working with older people regarding their skills and knowledge of the intergenerational approach and participatory art programmes through field research and focus groups.
This mapping of learning mismatches will be used to develop recommendations with proposed relevant skills for professionals, including an outline for contents and training methodologies for VET education in the field of creative arts programmes for older persons in healthcare settings.
The results will be will be transformed into one electronic brochure the “Good Practice Guide and Recommendations for VET providers” in English, Greek, Romanian, and German.
