KMOP operates across four interconnected domains: delivering direct services that respond to immediate needs, designing education programs that build skills and capacity, conducting research that generates evidence and informs policy, and creating outreach initiatives that foster dialogue and mobilize communities. By engaging at every level -from individual support to EU policy influence- we translate lived experience into systemic solutions and ensure that policy is grounded in reality.

SOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES
Direct Support, Lasting Impact
KMOP operates direct support services that provide professional, compassionate care to individuals and communities facing mental health challenges, bullying, gender-based violence, and social exclusion. Our programs include residential and community-based mental health facilities, an online anti-bullying counseling platform, and a safe space for women and girls – each designed to be accessible, dignified, and responsive to real needs.
These services combine specialized expertise with a commitment to human rights and evidence-based practice. By documenting outcomes and learning from frontline experience, we ensure that our direct care work informs our research and contributes to policy development. This integrated approach means that every person we support also helps us build knowledge that can strengthen services and shape better policies across Greece and Europe.

At KMOP, outreach is how we bring our values into the public sphere – by raising awareness, fostering dialogue, and mobilizing communities around the issues that matter. Through campaigns, events, creative activations, and targeted communication, we engage citizens, amplify underrepresented voices, and promote inclusive narratives.
