SOCIAL ACTION & INNOVATION CENTER

FOCUS AREA

Sustainable Futures

Our work turns sustainability from an abstract concept into a daily practice. At KMOP, we train youth workers and civil servants on climate literacy, develop vocational curricula on sustainable waste management, and run intergenerational workshops to foster shared environmental responsibility. We mobilise artists for green awareness campaigns, engage senior citizens in local sustainability actions, and support youth-led initiatives to build climate resilience at community level.

OUR WORK FOCUSES ON THREE KEY AREAS

Green Consciousness Through Culture

Artists, seniors, educators, and athletes collaborate on campaigns, workshops, and events to promote awareness and sustainable, community-driven behaviours.

Skills for Sustainable Transitions

We build sustainability skills in youth work, public service, and VET through training on climate action, social equity, and inclusive economic practices.

Community-Based Climate Resilience

Empowering youth and adults through tailored action plans, community-based training, storytelling, and peer learning to tackle climate risks.
