We work to expand access to fair and meaningful employment -particularly for those excluded from the labour market- by equipping them with practical skills and pathways into employment. We promote social entrepreneurship, inclusive business models, and community-led job creation that enhance local resilience and social cohesion.

We support youth, migrants, women, persons with disabilities, and the long-term unemployed through targeted upskilling, mentoring, and access to sustainable job opportunities.

We promote soft and technical skills that align with green innovation, agro-entrepreneurship, and emerging opportunities in the digital economy.
