Internships

An internship at KMOP offers students, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of social impact. Interns engage in practical work both at our offices across different departments and on the ground, supporting our programmes and directly assisting the people we serve.

KMOP collaborates with a wide network of public and private universities and academic institutions, providing students with the opportunity to complete their compulsory internship as part of their academic curriculum. Internship placements are organised in collaboration with the respective universities, and any financial arrangements are managed by the academic institution.

During their internship, students are guided by experienced professionals, gaining exposure to project design, research, communication, and management processes within an internationally active NGO. They also have the opportunity to work on the ground, coming into direct contact with and supporting our beneficiaries. Through this experience, interns enhance their skills, expand their networks, and deepen their understanding of the non-profit and social innovation sectors.

If you are a student interested in joining KMOP as an intern, you can express your interest by:

  • Contacting your university’s internship office to explore collaboration options with KMOP
  • Sending your CV to [email protected], specifying that you wish to complete your internship through your university so that we can assist with the process

Below, you will find a list of open internship positions. Click on each title to view the full Job Description and learn how you can contribute to our ongoing projects while gaining practical, hands-on experience.
